Deposits & Payments

​

• A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Deposits vary by event type and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

• No date will be held without a deposit payment.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date, unless otherwise noted.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

​

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Payments made toward the remaining balance are also non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event.

• In the rare case LaTerre’ Patieaux must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, your event will be rescheduled to the nearest available date. No refunds will be issued.

 

Weather & Force Majeure

• LaTerre’ Patieaux is an outdoor venue. In the case of inclement weather, events will be rescheduled to the next available date; refunds will not be provided.

• Force Majeure: LaTerre’ Patieaux is not liable for cancellations due to events outside of our control (including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of God). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your event.
   

Chargebacks & Disputes

• By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined here.

• Chargebacks will be contested with proof of acknowledgment (checkbox confirmation, signed agreements, and receipts).

• Clients are encouraged to reach out directly with concerns before initiating disputes.

 

Policy Acknowledgment

• Guests must check the acknowledgment box at the time of booking, confirming they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

• This acknowledgment serves as a binding agreement between the client and LaTerre’ Patieaux.
